BREAKING: Community Meeting Rescheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2020

HOA president, Margie Cyr, after consultation with the resident lawyer, announced that the community meeting originally scheduled for Saturday, September 5, 2020, has now been rescheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2020. [1]

Apparently, after discussions with the resident lawyer, the board can legally appoint Carol Paul to replace Mike O'Mara but only until the end of the first year of the term, after that the replacement must step down for an election. On the event of the next election the community will have the opportunity to decide O'Mara's replacement by ballot. The term of the position to replace O'Mara is to run one calendar year.
