Election Ressults
At the conclusion of the Fall Meeting, held on Saturday, August 30, 2025, then-community president, David Wiecking, announced that Jim Silberman, the little known candidate from Laurel, Maryland, tied incumbent Vice President, Margie Cyr, for the fourth and final, two-year term on the board. On the event that the two candidates tied, then community president exercised his discretion and handed the two-year term to Margie Cyr. Jim Silberman left with the balance of one year on the two-year term, vacated by Kerry Hall.
Steve Larsen, Kate Mounteer, and Don Deraska all won a two-year term on the board.
Internal Board Positions
Although it was never announced at the meeting, it appears that the board elected Steve Larsen as community president, replacing Wiecking.
