• Beach Patrol Chair, David Taylor, fights to have the board approve a one time award for a lifeguard;
• Board member, Steve Larsen, catches a community member secretly recording a board meeting and threatens to sue over a privacy violation;
• Board member, Nancy Glasgow, breaks ranks with fellow board member, Marty Shecter, over the issue of allowing dogs on the Beach; and
• The new incoming president pivots, allowing members to weigh in prior to important decisions.
